● PowerPoint presentations will be fully supported and are strongly encouraged.
● Talks are strictly timed, with 5, 2, and 1 minute warnings.
● All general and special focus session talks are 20 minutes in length, including 
   very brief introductions and questions.
● Evening special talks are 40 minutes in length, including a brief
   introduction and follow-up questions.

   the proceedings.  All speakers are encouraged to contribute a written chapter,
   although it is not mandatory.
