RESERVATIONS AND REGISTRATION

To complete your reservations and registration for the Science, Wisdom, and the Future Conference you will need to follow the four steps below.
You may do them all at the same time or at separate times - return to this page each time.

Conference Dates: Wednesday, June 24 through Sunday Evening June 28, 2009
Optional Half-Day Workshop Monday June 29, 2009
Step 1: Make reservations for accommodations   
            
June is the height of vacation season on the Central Coast
             so don't delay!

    
Our reserved block at the Embassy is now closed. 
If you would like a room at the Embassy, please contact our registrar Dannielle Tassell, directly at ScienceandWisdom@msn.com or 928-951-1199
●  If you change your mind, you can cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before check in

Step 2: Register for the Conference
 Please don't miss this step! It is critical to our scheduling and communications.

Step 3a: Read about the registration fee and optional conference expenses.

Participant conferences are entirely self-supporting.
     All conference participants, including presenters,  
     pay registration fees and their own expenses.

If you would like to pay your registration in 2 or 3 payments,
use
    the General Registration 1/3 button or mail your payment in
    installments.  Just be sure you are paid in full by June 15, 2009

     ●  Fee (except per-day) covers conference days (June 24-28)
     
●  Fee includes Evening Speaker Series and Evening Theater 
         (Both General Registration and Per-day registration)

       ●  Fee includes buffet lunch each day (Including per-day rate)
        ●  Fee includes conference proceedings (except per-day rate)

Fee does not include other meals or activities
        ●  Your fee is refundable anytime before the first day of the conference
         (June 24), minus Pay Pal fee if applicable. Cost of lunches will be
         deducted after June 17.
 
Adios Buffet Dinner
6:00 pm Sunday (Optional)
    $38 per person (plus tax and gratuity= $49). Join your host & other participants & their guests for a buffet dinner at the close our conference. Buffet will include:

Salad of Edna Valley Greens w/ Ranch & Italian Dressings
Sliced Honeydew, Jicama Salad, and Fiesta Bean Salad
Diced Tomatoes, Jalapeño Peppers and California Olives
Broiled Sliced Tri Tip and Linquica Sausage
Cut Whole BBQ Chicken
Salsa Verde and Salsa Fresca
Wild Herb Rice and Poquito Beans
Fresh Market Vegetables
Flat Mission Bread and Corn Tortillas
Spanish Flan and Ranch Style Chocolate Cake
Iced tea and Coffee

Where From Here? Workshops (Optional) 9:00 am - 1:30 pm
     Workshops
will provide an opportunity to look back on the conference and forward to the fruits of its labors.  All are welcome but you must register separately for the Workshops.

The Embassy Suites offers fine dining and superb ambiance. Breakfast buffet is include with rooms at the Embassy Suites and lunch buffets will include vegetarian offerings.

There are, however, other restaurants within walking distance which are listed for your convenience on our Lodging, Meals, and Travel page.
